What types of CPR courses do you offer?We offer a variety of American Red Cross-certified courses to suit your needs, including: In-Center CPR Training: Join us at our state-of-the-art facility in Brandon, FL. On-Site CPR & First Aid Training: Let us come to your workplace or preferred location. Cursos de RCP en Español: We also provide CPR, AED, and First Aid courses fully in Spanish.

How can I register for a class?Registering for a class is easy! Just visit our Book a Class page and follow the simple steps to reserve your spot.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?We understand that plans can change, and we make it easy for you to manage your booking. You can either reach out to us directly or use our simple process through your registration portal to cancel or reschedule your class. The specific policy depends on the type of class you’re booking, and we make this information available to you before you complete registration.

Do you offer group bookings or special pricing for larger groups?Yes, we welcome group bookings and offer special group pricing for parties of five or more. To ensure you receive the appropriate group rate, please email us at info@twinpalmstraining.com before completing your registration. We’ll provide you with a group pricing code to use during the online registration process. If you register without this code, we may need to process a reimbursement and have you re-register using the correct pricing, which could delay your booking.

Do I need to complete any prerequisites before attending a class?Most of our courses don’t require any prerequisites, but some blended courses may include online modules that need to be completed beforehand. Check the course details when you register or reach out to us with any questions.

Will I receive a certification after completing the course?Yes! After successfully completing the course, your official American Red Cross certification will be emailed to you within 48 hours. If you need it sooner, let your class instructor know during class, and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that CPR certifications are valid for two years from the date they are issued.

What should I bring to class, and what is provided?You don’t need to bring much—just wear comfortable clothing and bring a valid photo ID. We provide all the equipment and materials you’ll need for the class. If there’s anything specific required for your course, we’ll let you know in advance.

Are you planning to offer additional American Red Cross courses in the future?Absolutely! We’re working on adding the following courses to our schedule: Basic Life Support (BLS): Designed for healthcare professionals. Babysitting & Advanced Child Care Training: Provides skills for safe and effective child care. Wilderness and Remote First Aid: Covers first aid skills for outdoor and remote settings. First Responder Training: Prepares individuals to provide initial care in emergency situations. Skill Sessions: For those completing the 100% online classes. We aim to have these courses available soon. Stay tuned to our website for updates!
