Service Description

Online + Classroom Course. This 2021 blended learning course meets OSHA requirements and follows the latest American Red Cross guidelines. You’ll complete an online module, then attend an in-person skills session to practice lifesaving techniques. Pricing: • $75 – Adult CPR/AED - BL (1.5 hrs) + Online Module • $80 – Adult First Aid/CPR/AED - BL (2 hrs) + Online Module • $89 – Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED - BL (2.5 hrs) + Online Module Email is for group rates and bookings! Info@twinpalmstraining.com Voucher Processing Times: • Red Cross Learning Center vouchers are issued Tuesday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–1 p.m. • If you register after 1 p.m. Saturday or on Sunday/Monday, your voucher will arrive Tuesday. • Need it sooner? Please follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation email. Complete the assigned online coursework before your in-person session. If you only need a specific portion of the training, feel free to leave once you finish your required content. We recommend taking a screenshot of your online completion certificate to avoid any login issues later. Upon successfully completing both the online and in-person sections, you’ll receive a two-year Red Cross digital certificate. Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy for Blended (Online + Classroom) CPR Courses Email is for group rates and bookings! Info@twinpalmstraining.com These policies apply specifically to our blended CPR courses, which combine an online portion (accessed via a Red Cross voucher) with an in-person skills session. Please read the following guidelines carefully before booking. 1. Booking and Late Booking • Advance Booking Window (31 Days) You may book your course up to 31 days before the scheduled start date. • Late Bookings (72 Hours / 3 Days) We accept late bookings up to 72 hours before the session start time to ensure you have enough time to complete the online portion. If you book closer to the class date, you may need to request a “rush” on your voucher (details in your booking confirmation email). • Unique Vouchers Each participant requires a separate Red Cross voucher (name, email, phone). If you’re booking for multiple people, please have this info ready so we can process each voucher accurately. 2. Voucher Processing • Issuing Vouchers We process and send voucher links Tuesday–Saturday, typically between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. If you register after 1 p.m. on Saturday (or on Sunday/Monday), we’ll send your voucher on Tuesday. • RUSH Requests If you need a voucher sooner than our normal timeframe, check your booking confirmation for instructions . We’ll do our best to accommodate. 3. Rescheduling • Self-Service (≥ 72 Hours in Advance) You can reschedule your booking online through your registration confirmation, provided it’s at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. • Less Than 72 Hours If you’re within 72 hours of the class and need to reschedule, please email us at info@TwinPalmsTraining.com. A $15 rescheduling fee will apply. We’ll update your class date/time and your existing voucher can still be used. 4. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellation Notice Email info@TwinPalmsTraining.com be eligible for a refund. • No Red Cross Voucher Issued: 100% refund if the Red Cross voucher has not been generated. • Voucher Issued: 50% cancellation fee once the voucher has been sent (prepaid per Red Cross)
