Service Description
Our On-Site CPR Training service delivers certified CPR instruction tailored to your team’s needs at your location in Hillsborough or Pinellas County. For locations outside these counties, email us at info@twinpalmstraining.com for a custom quote. Available Courses: Choose from these American Red Cross certifications: • Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED – Blended (2.5 hours) + Online Module • Adult First Aid/CPR/AED – Blended (2 hours) + Online Module • Adult CPR/AED – Blended (1.5 hours) + Online Module Specify the course your group requires during checkout. Pricing Options: Sessions start at $359 for up to 4 participants. Additional participants can be added, up to a maximum of 10. Select the appropriate option during booking: • 4 participants: $359 • 5 participants: $429 • 6 participants: $499 • 7 participants: $569 • 8 participants: $639 • 9 participants: $709 • 10 participants: $779 For groups larger than 10, email us at info@twinpalmstraining.com with the course type, number of participants, and location address. We’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your needs. Training Duration: The in-person session length varies based on the course selected and group size. Larger groups may require additional time to ensure everyone receives hands-on instruction. How It Works: 1. Plan Ahead: Book at least four days in advance to allow for voucher processing and travel arrangements. 2. Automatic Approval: If your chosen time slot is available, your booking will be automatically approved. For locations outside Hillsborough or Pinellas County, we may need to cancel and notify you via email. 3. Voucher Issuance: Red Cross vouchers are sent Tuesday through Saturday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Bookings made after 1 p.m. on Saturday or on Sunday/Monday will receive vouchers on Tuesday. 4. Complete Online Learning: Each participant must complete the online coursework before the in-person session. We recommend saving a screenshot of the completion certificate for your records. 5. In-Person Training: We’ll arrive fully equipped with manikins, AED trainers, and first-aid materials to deliver engaging and hands-on instruction.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy for On-Site CPR Training Email us for group rates (10+) bookings, and custom quotes: info@TwinPalmsTraining.com These policies apply to our On-Site CPR Training service, where we provide certified CPR instruction at your location. Please review the following guidelines carefully before booking. 1. Booking and Late Booking • Advance Booking Window: Sessions must be booked at least four days (96 hours) in advance to allow for travel arrangements, scheduling, and voucher processing. • Late Bookings: Unfortunately, bookings made less than four days before the requested session date cannot be accommodated. 2. Rescheduling • Reschedules: For any reschedule requests, a $20 fee will apply. We aim to work with you to find the best alternative date, but repeated changes impact scheduling and resources. • Within Four Days: Reschedule requests made within four days of the session are considered emergencies. Please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. 3. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your session, email us at info@TwinPalmsTraining.com with your session details. • No Red Cross Voucher Issued: If we have not issued vouchers for your session, you are eligible for a 100% refund. • Voucher Issued: Once Red Cross vouchers have been issued, a 50% cancellation fee applies due to non-refundable upfront costs. • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be forfeited. 4. Custom Sessions for Groups Larger Than 10 For groups larger than 10 participants, email us at info@TwinPalmsTraining.com to arrange a custom session. Please include the following details in your email: • The course type you’re requesting • The total number of participants • The address of your location We’ll promptly provide a tailored quote and any additional details for larger group sessions. 5. Voucher Processing • Voucher Issuance: Red Cross vouchers are processed Tuesday through Saturday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Bookings made after 1 p.m. on Saturday or on Sunday/Monday will have vouchers issued on Tuesday. • Rush Requests: If you need your voucher sooner, instructions for requesting expedited processing will be included in your booking confirmation email.
